Chakhle Raja is a discovery and review platform where the reviewable unit is an individual dish. It helps you decide what to order. It does not deliver food, take orders, book tables or handle payments, and no part of these terms should be read as promising that it does.

Ratings and rankings are opinions contributed by users. They are not a guarantee about any dish, kitchen or restaurant.

You sign in with a phone number and one time password, or with Google Sign-In. Keep access to that phone number and that Google account secure, because whoever holds them holds your account.

You must be at least 13 years old. One person, one account. Accounts created to manipulate ratings are removed.

You keep ownership of everything you write and photograph. By posting it you grant Chakhle Raja a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display and distribute it in connection with running and promoting the platform. That licence exists so your review can appear in the app, in rankings, and in material about the platform.

The licence ends when you delete the content, except where it has already been shared onward, and except for de-identified rating data that remains part of a dish's aggregate score.

You are responsible for what you post. Do not post anything you do not have the right to post.

• Rate a dish only if you actually ate it.
• No paid, incentivised or traded reviews, in either direction.
• No abuse, harassment, hate speech or personal information about anyone else.
• No photographs you did not take or do not have permission to use.
• No attempts to manipulate a ranking, including multiple accounts and coordinated rating campaigns.

Reviews, dishes and restaurants pass through an approval and moderation workflow. A review moves through defined states: active while it is published, reported once a user flags it, flagged once it is queued for review, and removed if it breaks these terms.

We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these terms, manipulates rankings, or is unlawful. Where a removal is a close call we will say why if you ask. Restaurants may report a review, and reporting one does not by itself remove it.

Listing is free. Owners register in the app and listings are approved manually before they go public. An owner is responsible for the accuracy of their menu, their dish descriptions and their dietary tags, including Jain and Swaminarayan classifications.

Offers are created by the restaurant, which sets the value, the expiry, any usage limit and the loyalty tiers that may claim it. The restaurant honours the offer; Chakhle Raja does not process the transaction and is not a party to it.

The platform is provided as it is. We do not warrant that a dish will match its rating, that a restaurant will be open, that an offer will be honoured, or that any listing is free of error.

To the extent the law allows, Chakhle Raja is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including anything you ate on the strength of a rating.

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app, and the deletion page explains exactly what that removes. We may suspend or close an account that repeatedly breaks these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
